``For the benefit of society.''
(John Davison Rockefeller Sr., at the meeting of the Rockefeller Foundation, April 3, 1940)
Open Access does not mean less scientific rigor. At Rockefeller, we strive for excellence. We trust in a competent Editorial Board to ensure that only rigorously peer-reviewed research is published. Our Editorial Board is independently chosen and empowered to do whatever is necessary to safeguard scientific excellence and integrity across all our publications. Our commitment to the highest standards of quality, ethics, and integrity is unwavering.
Participating in the Free-for-All Program does not grant acceptance of a manuscript. In other words, a voucher from the Free-for-All Program does not affect peer review or editorial decisions in any form. Only manuscripts accepted on merit will be published.
Rockefeller Publishing Co. does not charge publication fees. The company offers authors high-quality publication services at no cost. Rockefeller covers all operational expenses, and the funding for that comes from donations*.
* The generosity of donors has allowed Rockefeller Publishing Co. to secure sufficient funds to sustain its operations for a while. The company operates under a frugal, low-cost structure, employing open-source software throughout the publication process. Our team masters open source tools such as Linux/Ubuntu, Tex/Latex, Gimp, Python, Nodejs, among other tools.
Rockefeller Publishing Co. is a US-based company headquartered in the iconic International Building, Rockefeller Center, New York.

We are the only publisher specializing in STEM that allows authors to publish open access for free, regardless of their citizenship or country of origin. We remove all financial barriers on scientists. We support authors and their scientific discoveries.

No. The company does not collect publication fees. But promoting open science does come with costs; there is no way to operate a professional business without costs. We do not charge publication fees because we are funded by philanthropists who believe in open access. Their support has been enough to cover the company's operational expenses. As professionals, we do our best to provide excellence service to our authors while optimizig resources.
We do not accept external donations at the present moment.
